**Position Summary** The Plant Accountant supports division management by providing accurate financial information, accounting oversight, and asset control for the plant. The position is responsible for managing key accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, cost accounting, fixed assets, payroll, planning, budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting. The role helps ensure strong financial controls, accurate reporting, compliance with corporate and divisional policies, and effective decision\-making to support the best return on investment. This position reports directly to the Division Controller and does not currently have direct reports, though supervisory responsibilities may be assigned at the division’s discretion.
