**Job Summary** --------------- The Accountant prepares, analyzes and reviews financial statements using accounting principles in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and enterprise allocation methods. **Requirements** ---------------- **EDUCATION** Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. If degree is in Finance, successful completion of Intermediate Accounting I \& II required. Employees within the accounting/finance function of the Enterprise who are actively enrolled in an accredited collegiate program in pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance will be considered once they successfully complete Intermediate Accounting I \& II. * **EXPERIENCE** Prior accounting experience desirable. * **ESSENTIAL SKILLS \& ABILITIES** * Critical thinking, decision making, and organizational skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Detail\-Oriented * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access and Powerpoint).
