**Minimum Qualifications** -------------------------- **Acceptable Experience and Education** Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in Accounting, or closely related field from an accredited college or university and three (3\) years of public sector related, management level experience in an administrator, financial, analytical, or consulting role in a large multi\-functional organization; Or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. **Certificates and Licenses Required** Must have or obtain by date of hire a valid driver's license applicable to job responsibilities, with a driving record acceptable to the County of El Paso.
