**Operations Manager Receiving and Inventory** **About El Famoso** El Famoso builds the commerce infrastructure behind culture. We partner with artists and brands to manage eCommerce fulfillment, wholesale distribution, inventory, and special merchandise projects. Our warehouse supports a high volume of SKUs and fast\-moving priorities, so accurate receiving and inventory control are essential to everything we ship. **The Role** We are hiring a hands\-on Operations Manager to lead both Receiving and Inventory. This person will own the movement and accuracy of inventory from the moment it arrives at the dock through receiving, quality control, putaway, storage, replenishment, cycle counting, and discrepancy resolution. This is a hands\-on, systems\-driven warehouse leadership role. The manager will spend significant time both on the warehouse floor and working in ShipHero, Excel, and AI tools. Strong technical aptitude is important, including the ability to learn software independently, analyze operational data, build clear workflows, and use systems to create accountability and visibility.
