RESPONSIBILITIES I. JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES: * Implements, maintains and provides clinical pharmacist services including: clinical, educational and informational functions for newborn, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients of The Queen’s Development Corporation (QDC). * Visits and provides clinical pharmacist services to patients in the community. II. TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: * Essential: Standing, sitting, stooping, bending, walking, finger dexterity, seeing, hearing, speaking. * Frequent: pushing/pulling usual weight of up to 40 pounds of force, lifting or carrying up to 30 pounds, reaching above, at and below shoulder level, frequent gripping of an object. * Continuous: repetitive arm/hand motions. * Occasional: kneeling, crawling, climbing stairs, walking on uneven ground, squatting, static gripping of an object for prolonged periods, pushing/pulling up to maximum 50 pounds. * Operate pagers, computers, printers, typewriters, telephones, fax machines, and other office equipment.
