Overview: We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to join a collaborative development team building a new application that leverages Large Language Models (LLMs) to transform data and access policies from multiple sources and formats into a standardized format for compliance assessment. The Developer will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, and other technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. This role involves analyzing complex software systems and designing applications with a strong focus on scalability, testability, performance, and maintainability. The team operates within a Scrum/Agile framework, delivering incremental enhancements on two\-week sprint cycles. Developers actively participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, technical design, development, testing, and production support.
