Overview ShiptQuick is a fast\-growing eCommerce fulfillment (3PL) company scaling rapidly. We are looking for a hands\-on Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations, drive labor efficiency, and build a high\-performing team capable of handling significant volume growth. This role is critical to our next stage of growth. You will be responsible for managing people, improving processes, and ensuring operational execution keeps pace with sales. What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) * Clear accountability structure across supervisors and warehouse staff * Labor cost per order trending toward target * Training program in place with measurable onboarding outcomes * Reduction in errors, rework, and operational friction * Warehouse running on defined processes, not ad hoc decisions Core Responsibilities 1\.
