Description:**Job Title:** **Jollyologist \- Social Media and Brand Manager** ----------------------------------------------------------------- **Department:** Sales and Marketing **FLSA Status:** Exempt **Reports to:** Director of Sales **Position Summary:** In keeping with our organization’s goal of improving the lives of the Residents we serve, the Jollyologist – Senior Living Culture \& Social Media Storyteller plays a critical role in showcasing the lifestyle, culture, people, and experiences within our Independent Living Communities. The Jollyologist is responsible for creating and managing engaging social media and marketing content across their assigned independent senior living communities. This position will regularly travel between communities to capture authentic resident experiences, activities, celebrations, relationships, team members, family interactions, and other moments that demonstrate the unique culture and lifestyle of each community. The Jollyologist will serve as a visible and positive presence within the communities and will establish strong relationships with Residents, families, team members, community leadership, and outside partners.
