Harvest Moon Deli is seeking a hands\-on District Manager to oversee four locations spanning approximately 70 miles. We’re looking for a dependable leader who develops strong managers, communicates clearly, and follows through on expectations. **Responsibilities** * Coach and hold General Managers accountable for store performance, team development, and company standards. * Oversee staffing, hiring, training, scheduling, inventory, and labor and food costs. * Maintain consistent food quality, customer service, safety, and cleanliness through regular in\-store involvement. This role focuses on strengthening managers and teams—not providing routine staffing coverage. **Qualifications** Minimum two years of successful District Manager or Operations Director experience, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and financial responsibility.
