**PART\-TIME PROPERTY MANAGER** Shady Oaks Condominium Association, Inc. is seeking a dependable, organized, and experienced Part\-Time Property Manager to oversee the day\-to\-day property management needs of our condominium community. **Position Details** * **Position:** Part\-Time Property Manager * **Hours:** Approximately 24 hours per week * **Starting Pay:** $25\.00 per hour * **Schedule:** To be determined * **Location:** On\-site **Responsibilities** The Property Manager will work closely with the Board of Trustees, Community Manager, maintenance staff, residents, and contractors to help ensure the community is properly maintained and operating efficiently. Responsibilities include: * Conduct regular property, grounds, and landscape inspections and report maintenance concerns. * Schedule, coordinate, and monitor contractors and vendors performing work throughout the community. * Follow up with contractors to ensure work is completed properly and in a timely manner. * Report to and advise the Board of Trustees regarding property conditions, maintenance needs, contractor performance, and other operational matters. * Work closely with the maintenance department to prioritize a...
