Inventory Control Coordinator Lead \| Job Description Reports To: Inventory Control Manager Department: Inventory Control Location: Greensboro, NC Fulfillment Center Position Summary The Inventory Control Coordinator Lead is responsible for facilitating the day\-to\-day operations of the Inventory Control Department within the Greensboro Fulfillment Center. This position provides coaching and feedback to the Inventory Control Coordinator while ensuring inventory accuracy, process compliance, reporting integrity, and operational efficiency. The Inventory Control Coordinator Lead partners closely with the Inventory Control Manager, Operations leadership, and third party, NFI leadership to maintain inventory accuracy, resolve discrepancies, improve inventory processes, and support fulfillment center performance. This role serves as the primary point of coordination for cycle count activities, inventory audits, inventory analysis, and corrective action initiatives.
