**The Opportunity** Alpha Inc. isn’t looking for someone to simply **manage the marketing calendar.** We’re looking for someone who can **build the strategy, rally the team, own the budget, strengthen relationships across Hawai?i—and prove what’s actually working.** This is a hands\-on leadership role for a marketer who understands that great marketing is bigger than social posts, sponsorships, events, and communications. It’s about connecting **strategy \+ relationships \+ data \+ dollars \+ execution** to meaningful business results. You’ll own Alpha’s overall marketing strategy and brand direction, lead the Marketing team, build stronger systems and measurement practices, and help determine where Alpha should show up, where we should invest, and where we should change course. One day you may be reviewing KPIs and marketing spend with leadership.
