**Senior Vice President of Marketing** Location: Cleveland, OH **Position Summary** Howard Hanna Real Estate Services is seeking a strategic, collaborative and results\-oriented Senior Vice President of Marketing to lead the execution of the company’s enterprise marketing priorities and oversee a high\-performing marketing organization. Operating across multiple states, markets and business lines, Howard Hanna requires marketing that strengthens the brand, drives brokerage growth, supports agent recruiting and productivity, increases consumer engagement and promotes the value of its integrated real estate services. The SVP will translate business priorities into coordinated programs, measurable outcomes and consistent execution across the enterprise. This leader will oversee and coordinate key marketing capabilities, including Communications, Brand, Enterprise Creative, Digital Marketing \& Product, and Data Analysis \& Insights, alongside field marketing resources that support local market activation.
