Description: The Baggage Handling Systems (BHS) Contract Manager, will oversee the on\-site team of Dispatchers and Baggage Handling Systems (BHS) Control Room Operators. These services are performed at the Airport 24 hours a day, seven (7\) days a week. This position will be responsible to provide Maintenance Dispatching for Airport Assets and the Operation of Baggage Handling Systems covered by the City of Philadelphia, Department of Aviation Maintenance and Operations License Agreement with PhiliTEC. **Basic Function** – As directed by ASG Management and the Consortium Manager or their designee, the BHS Manager will coordinate and directly supervise the schedule and activities of the Control Rooms and Dispatchers. Additionally, they will supervise the activities of the Staff and will be responsible for report generation and archiving. The BHS Manager may also support the Consortium Manager or their designee in preparing reports and trending analysis.
