**Program Manager – VA HC IdM** **Location: Remote within the US** **EMKS is seeking a Program Manager to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Healthcare Identity Management (HC IdM) contract. The Project Manager will serve as the primary liaison between EMKS and Government stakeholders, ensuring contract compliance, managing project performance, overseeing budgets, and maintaining schedule adherence.** **The successful candidate will lead efforts to identify, manage, and resolve potential duplicate records, identity trait data anomalies, and change and verification requests within the VA Master Patient Index (MPI) system. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and data management skills, and the ability to respond promptly and professionally to inquiries through various communication channels.** **The Program Manager will also be responsible for developing and maintaining project documentation, compiling and submitting detailed performance metrics and status reports, coordinating contractor activities, and ensuring the implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive training program for contractor personnel.** **Key responsibilities incl...
