This is a remote position. **About the Role** Our client is a wealth advisory firm launching an integrated in\-house tax preparation practice. They are hiring their first Tax Manager to serve as the founding member of a separate but closely affiliated entity designed to deliver seamless, coordinated tax and financial planning services to their existing client base and, over time, to the broader market. This is a ground\-floor opportunity to build something meaningful from scratch, with the full operational and financial support of an established wealth advisory firm behind you. You will not be left on an island. You will have administrative support, cutting\-edge technology, and a collaborative team of financial advisers who genuinely understand the value of what you do. **What You Will Do** * Prepare individual tax returns (1040s) for pre\-existing clients and, over time, for new clients acquired through organic marketing * Handle simpler business returns (1120\-S, 1065, 1120\) where client complexity is appropriate; refer more complex business situations as needed * Prepare 1041 (estate and trust) returns for appropriate situations * File quarterly estimates, manage notices and c...
