There is some flexibility which shifts you pick up. **Job Description:** * Administer patient medication according to physician's orders * Chart the medication administration as required * Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice **Requirements:** * Possess a current RN or LPN license in good standing * Effectively communicate on a personal level with residents, family members, personnel, visitors, etc. * Able to make decisions independently when warranted * Knowledge of medical and nursing practices and procedures * Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to long term care
