**Lead and scale a growing multi\-service disability services organization across Southwest and Central Florida.** A well\-established, expanding human services organization is seeking a hands\-on operator a **Regional Director of Operations** to lead its Florida service lines, based in Fort Myers. You'll own full P\&L\-level accountability for day\-to\-day operations across Adult Day Training (life skills) programs and in\-home services (Personal Care Services and Medicaid Waiver), lead teams through a period of significant growth and organizational change, and manage the region by the numbers; performance, financial, and operational metrics with a mandate to expand through new locations, new service lines, and potential acquisitions across the state of Florida.
