The Middle Mile Logistics Senior Manager supports Best Buy through direct leadership of a team of five Senior Analysts responsible for coordinating freight movements across the Middle Mile Logistics network within Supply Chain. This role is responsible for ensuring strong execution of Middle Mile freight movements, driving key performance indicators, and managing the Middle Mile Logistics financial budget. The Senior Manager develops and maintains relationships with internal partners (Retail, Distribution, Finance, etc.) and external transportation carriers and is responsible for carrier leadership engagement, performance management, and accountability. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to analyze, evaluate, and translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights. The Senior Manager also plays a key role in, and often leads, cross\-functional initiatives that drive improvements in operational performance and financial results.
