Your Impact at Empire The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and managing the Division's marketing strategy and initiatives to support traffic generation, brand awareness, community visibility, and sales objectives. This role oversees advertising, digital marketing, lead generation programs, model home presentation, and market research efforts while ensuring brand consistency across all divisional marketing channels. The Marketing Manager partners closely with Division leadership, Sales, Operations, Land Acquisition, Finance, and Corporate Sales \& Marketing teams to support community launches, drive qualified traffic, and contribute to the Division's growth and profitability.
