Rootinger is a digital marketing agency serving mostly restaurants across Los Angeles, Orange County, Las Vegas, and New York. We're hiring a Paid Media Manager to own paid advertising for 20\+ client accounts — primarily Meta (Facebook/Instagram), with some Google Ads and Yelp Ads. This is a hands\-on role. You'll set up client accounts from scratch, run boosts and campaigns every week, keep every account policy\-safe, and report results to restaurant owners in plain language. **What you'll do** *Campaign management* * Plan and publish Meta boosts and campaigns across 20\+ client ad accounts on a monthly schedule, selecting content based on organic performance and the content team's calendar * Run Google Ads (Search, Local) and Yelp Ads for select clients * Manage each client's monthly budget, track spend and carryover in our Google Sheet, and flag pacing issues early * Prepare monthly performance reports and recommendations for clients *Meta account setup and health* * Onboard new clients: guide owners through creating their own business portfolio, granting Rootinger partner access, linking Page and Instagram, creating the ad account and billing, and running a low\-budget warm\-u...
