**JOB TITLE:** Cleaning Operations Supervisor **CLASSIFICATION:** Full Time, Non\-exempt **PROGRAM/DEPARTMENT:** Cleaning Services **IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR:** Cleaning Services Manager **POSITION SUMMARY:** Ensure that quality cleaning services are provided to customer by following scope of work, utilizing supplies, equipment, and staff to perform a variety of cleaning tasks; providing direction, guidance and support to employees; performing quality control functions.
