**Overview:** To manage purchasing and procurement, material sourcing and inventory for all requirements that the company may need regarding customer material needs. To develop the specifications for the cigarette in accordance to the customer needs and export regulations. To prepare cost analysis so as to develop a pricing strategy. To develop a manufacturing and delivery strategy for each customer. To negotiate production agreements with each customer. To manage and delegate work of the purchasing staff. To seek and work with contract sales customers to secure materials for private label products. To research material availability for cost reduction. To research and price capital improvements. To participate in production planning and scheduling in all manufacturing areas.
