We’re looking for an experienced **Corporate Parts Manager** to lead and strengthen parts operations across our organization of 18 Bobcat equipment dealerships. This role is ideal for a hands\-on leader who knows the equipment parts business, enjoys developing people, and is always looking for ways to improve processes and performance. **What You’ll Do:** * Lead and support parts managers and teams across multiple locations. * Improve processes, systems, reporting, and Standard Operating Procedures. * Monitor department performance, financial results, inventory practices, and key metrics. * Build strong vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and identify purchasing opportunities. * Coach, train, and develop parts managers and employees. * Help resolve customer service and operational challenges. * Ensure branches follow company and manufacturer programs and processes. * Support hiring, compensation, performance management, and employee development. * Help develop promotions and strategies that drive parts business growth. **What We’re Looking For:** * 7–10 years of progressive experience, including team leadership. * Strong construction equipment parts, product, and service knowl...
