Annual Salary Range: $300,000 \- 350,000 plus bonus Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and strategic direction of the Company's accounting function. Responsibilities include oversight of all accounting operations, financial reporting, accounting policy, internal controls over financial reporting, regulatory reporting governance, technical accounting matters, external audit coordination, and accounting systems and processes. The CAO ensures the integrity and accuracy of the Company's financial information; develops and maintains strong accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls; ensures compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), SEC disclosure requirements (as applicable), and banking regulatory reporting requirements; and serves as a key advisor to Executive Management and the Board regarding accounting, financial reporting, and emerging accounting issues.
