Calling all night owls! We are seeking a Night Auditor to become part of our Holiday Inn Hotel \& Suites team! Responsibilities: * Night Audit Shift is a part time position averaging 3\-4 days a week rotating with 2:00pm t0 10:00pm and 10:00 pm to 6:00am * Register and assign rooms to guests * Confirm phone and online reservations * Collect payment from departing guests * Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments * Encourage guests to enroll in our IHG program * Provide quality service to the customer by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously during check\-in, checkout and throughout stay. * Retain current clients and grow client base. * Communicate with Supervisors, co\-workers, and clients in a courteous manner at all times. * Responsible for running nightly reports, reviewing them for accuracy and turning them in to manager.​Qualifications: · Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields is a plus, but not required. · Ability to build rapport with guests · Strong organizational skills · Excellent written and verbal communication skills \* Reliable transportation.
