**Construction Project Manager – Public Projects** **Location:** Billerica, MA **Employment Type:** Full\-Time, On\-Site **About the Role** Kitchen \& Floor Decor is a growing Massachusetts construction and renovation company working across public housing, multi\-family, affordable housing, and private projects. We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager with direct experience managing DCAMM\-certified / Massachusetts public construction projects. This role will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, with responsibility for schedule, budget, subcontractors, documentation, quality, and client coordination. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage construction projects from award through completion and closeout. * Review plans, specifications, scopes, contracts, and project requirements. * Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. * Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, punch lists, and closeout documentation. * Track project budgets, costs, purchase orders, and change orders. * Coordinate with public agencies, architects, engineers, property managers, and clients. * Conduct site vi...
