The candidate brings progressive civil engineering experience and strong design ability, and manages projects, clients, schedules, budgets and junior staff. Key Responsibilities \- Lead civil engineering and land development projects from planning through final design and construction; manage schedules, budgets, technical deliverables and client expectations. \- Own project quality, technical accuracy and delivery; coordinate internal staff and external stakeholders. \- Provide design leadership: site layouts, horizontal and vertical roadway alignments, grading plans, stormwater management and BMP layouts, drawings, reports and specifications; review engineering sketches, calculations and plans. \- Perfor...
