Salary commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications. **SUMMARY** The role of the Event Planner is to provide catering planning services for customers including menu planning, décor, event execution, and communicate order details to staff, vendor partners, and customers. This position will be responsible for contracting and closing **wedding, corporate and social catering business**. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES \& RESPONSIBILITIES** The following description of work to be performed by the Event Planner is not intended to be all\-inclusive. Rather, it focuses on the major tasks that must be accomplished. There are many necessary activities to satisfy any of the following performance guidelines. Assist all customers to plan their catering needs. Suggest menu ideas and coordinate event logistics prior to the date. Oversee activity on location, as required by customers.
