**Position Summary:** The Construction Project Engineer plays a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of commercial renovation, tenant improvement (TI), and affordable housing projects. This position provides technical and administrative support to the Project Manager and Superintendent to ensure that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail\-oriented, and familiar with the nuances of occupied renovations, interior buildouts, and public or mixed\-finance housing developments. **Key Responsibilities:** **Preconstruction \& Planning** * Assist with scope reviews, bid packages, and subcontractor qualification for renovations and TI projects. * Support permitting and compliance with city, county, or housing authority regulations. * Review and coordinate architectural and engineering drawings to identify scope gaps or conflicts. **Project Execution \& Coordination** * Maintain up\-to\-date project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes. * Track procurement schedules for materials, equipment, and subcontracted services. * Coordinate closely with d...
