Job Overview The Wellness Institute of Neurodevelopment (WIN) is seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly personable **Marketing, Social Media \& Patient Engagement Assistant** to join our team. This is a unique hybrid position combining **digital marketing, social media, content creation, patient education, lead engagement, and service orientation**. The ideal candidate is not only comfortable creating engaging digital content but also enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and helping prospective patients and families understand the services and programs available at WIN. This individual will work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Patient Experience, and Clinical teams to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, improve engagement, and help prospective patients navigate the next steps in their journey with WIN. The successful candidate should be professional, energetic, organized, creative, comfortable on the phone and in person, and motivated by measurable results.
