Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies for healthcare services to assure strong referral source engagement; increasing market penetration; building a positive brand identity in the community; and achieving census and revenue growth goals. ### **RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES** * Works with the Administrator and leadership team to develop and execute short\- and long\-term strategic marketing plans. * Meets occupancy and census growth goals through targeted community outreach, relationship building, and strategic placement initiatives. * Responds immediately and professionally to all digital, telephone, print, and walk\-in marketing inquiries. * Conducts comprehensive facility tours and delivers persuasive sales presentations to prospective residents, families, and key community stakeholders....
