**It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!** **Job Description Summary:** ChangeMan developer with open systems experience to drive our VSCode extension and Git integration roadmap We're building the bridge between mainframe change management model and modern open\-systems delivery, VSCode tooling, Git\-native workflows, and CI/CD platform engineering. You'll own how mainframe software delivery connects to the Git and CI/CD ecosystem going forward. **What you'll do** * Design the Git\-native workflows (branching, merge, PR models) that translate ChangeMan SCM concepts into Git idioms * Move CI/CD beyond scripted pipelines toward platform engineering: trunk\-based development support, GitOps as the deployment interface, and reusable delivery patterns across teams * Design and build a control plane/abstraction layer connecting mainframe and open\-systems delivery targets Partner with the mainframe/ChangeMan team to ensure the two worlds stay in sync * **Required qualifications** * Strong TypeScript/Node.js; hands\-on experience building VSCode extensions * Deep Git experience branching/merge models and Git internals, not just CLI usage * Solid C...
