Daniela Trucking and Grading is an owner\-led company with three lines of business: landscape supply yards, aggregate trucking, and excavation and grading. We serve South Florida from Port St. Lucie to Miami, with supply yards in Loxahatchee and West Palm Beach. The team already includes estimators, dispatch, yard staff, inside sales and office management. The seat is open because of a mutual and amicable transition from the current operations manager. It leaves you a company with people in place and the room to decide how it should run. We are hiring the leader who takes it from here. You will have broad authority and autonomy across all three lines, a path that grows with the company, and the goal of the company doubling revenue over the next 3 years, with your hand in creating the 3\-year strategy. This is not an island, it is a partnership. The owners meet you in a weekly update and step in as needed to drive the business forward, with the experience of 39 businesses in 14 industries behind them.
