**About the Role:** As a CBRE General Manager, you will manage all aspects of a single high\-profile asset or portfolio of commercial properties for one owner. Oversee all marketing, operations and financial activities. This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group. **What You’ll Do:** * Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees. * Respond to tenant needs, ensuring that administrative and building technical staff resolve problems promptly. Ensure that services are provided in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and contractual obligations and standards. * Ensure periodic regular property inspection. Recommend and/or approve alterations, maintenance and reconditioning as necessary. Contract for and supervise vendor services as required. * At owner's discretion, market and lease the property, qualifying and showing space to prospective tenants, and negotiating new leases and lease renewals.
