The full\-time **Infrastructure Project Manager Engineer** will supervise the planning, designing, and management civil infrastructure projects. The projects will include large and important engineering projects and a number of smaller projects with many complex features and administrative qualifications. **What You’ll Need:** * **Professional Engineer (PE) license** (WV) * **10\+ years experience** in **civil engineering** or **infrastructure engineering** * **5\+ years of experience in management** * Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills * Proven track record managing projects and mentoring teams **Physical Demands:** * Ability to conduct site visits, involving walking, standing, and exposure to varying weather conditions. * Capability to lift and carry equipment and materials as needed during fieldwork. * Mobility to inspect project sites and ensure design implementation. **Why ELR?** * We’re proud to be **100% empl...
