**Quality Metrology Engineer** We believe the world is made better through the ethical deployment of technology. We partner with like\-minded organizations and individuals in the biotech and scientific community to provide custom product solutions to solve their fluidic and microfluidic needs. **Role and Responsibilities** * Develop, program, and maintain metrology programs for first article, in\-process, and final inspections. * Develop inspection methods, measurement strategies, control plans, and inspection documentation. * Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD\&T requirements to establish appropriate measurement methods. * Support Engineering and Manufacturing with new product introduction, dimensional inspection, and quality\-related issues. * Perform Measurement System Analysis (MSA), including Gage R\&R studies, and evaluate measurement capability. * Analyze inspection data, troubleshoot dimensional issues, and support root cause and corrective action activities. * Support calibration and proper use of inspection and measurement equipment. * Train Quality and Manufacturing personnel on measurement methods and metrology best practices. * Ensure compliance wit...
