**Healthcare Construction Project Manager** **Location:** Burbank, CA **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Work Environment:** Primarily Site\-Based **Salary Range:** $145,000–$170,000 annually Position Overview Toltec Group LLC is seeking an experienced **Healthcare Construction Project Manager** to join our Construction Management team and support capital projects within an active hospital environment. The Healthcare Construction Project Manager will serve as an integral member of the hospital's project delivery team, overseeing assigned projects from early planning and design through permitting, construction, activation, and closeout. This position requires a strong understanding of healthcare construction, excellent stakeholder\-management skills, and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects within an occupied and operational medical campus. This is a **primarily site\-based position**, with the Project Manager expected to work at their assigned hospital approximately **3\-4 days per week**.
