Jamerson\-Lewis Construction is seeking Project Manager candidates at the PM I, PM II, and PM III levels. This full\-time role may be based out of our Charlottesville, VA office or at a Jamerson\-Lewis project site in the surrounding area. Each level has responsibility and ownership for managing construction projects, with project scale and leadership expectations increasing by level. **Responsibilities Across All Levels** * Own the schedule, budget, quality, safety, and relationships of assigned construction projects in partnership with the Superintendent. * Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process to effectively manage risk. * Manage subcontractors, contract negotiations, client expectations, dispute resolution, material procurement, pricing, and schedules. * Maintain a complete un...
