**Requisition \#:** 51712 **Status:** Full\-time, Non\-Exempt **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM **Onsite or Hybrid:** Onsite **Bilingual (English/Spanish):** No **POSITION SUMMARY:** The Health Operations Analyst \& Access Manager is responsible for analyzing and optimizing operational performance of APLA Health clinical operations, with a particular focus on patient access, empanelment, data integrity, and workflow efficiency. This role ensures that patients are appropriately assigned to care teams, population health data are accurately maintained, and operational decisions are informed by data\-driven insights.
