Senior Accountant **Location:** Buffalo, NY **Type:** Full\-time; hybrid (2–3 days per week in office) **Reports to:** Chief Financial Officer (CFO) **Salary range:** $95,000–$110,000 base, plus performance\-based bonus and equity eligibility **Overview** Worksport Ltd (Nasdaq: WKSP) is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its lean public\-company finance team. You will own day\-to\-day execution of the monthly, quarterly and annual close and prepare the support behind our SEC filings, budgets and audits. The role suits a hands\-on accountant who wants broad public\-company exposure and is comfortable improving processes while running them. **Key Responsibilities** Responsibilities are organized by Worksport's CFO Responsibilities Framework. This role primarily supports three areas of the Framework: **(A) Reporting and Compliance**, **(C) Planning and Operations** and **(D) Governance and People**. **A.
