**About us** Homewatch CareGivers of East St. Paul is a Minnesota\-licensed Comprehensive Home Care agency (MDH License \#422089\) based in Lake Elmo. We opened in October 2025 and provide in\-home care for seniors and adults: personal care, companionship, Alzheimer's and dementia care, respite, meal preparation, transportation to appointments, and RN\-delegated services. We serve Washington County, eastern Dakota County, and part of Ramsey County. We are a young, growing agency, and this role directly shapes how fast we grow. *Each Homewatch CareGivers franchise is independently owned and operated.* **The role** The Business Development Manager (BDM) grows our client census by building referral relationships across the East Metro senior care community. This is a field role: most of your week is spent face to face with discharge planners, social workers, case managers, and senior living staff, not at a desk.
