**Position description** This is a full\-time, on\-site Engineer role based in the Greater Chicago Area. The Engineer will support the design, development, and optimization of window and door systems, focusing on structural integrity, energy performance, and manufacturability. Day\-to\-day responsibilities include creating and updating technical drawings, performing calculations and analyses, collaborating with production teams to resolve design and manufacturing issues, and assisting with product testing and quality assurance. The role involves working with cross\-functional teams to improve existing products, implement process improvements, and support compliance with relevant building codes and industry standards.
