Field Reimbursement Managers (FRMs) act as the subject matter experts in compliantly educating healthcare provider (HCP) staff on Dermatology Customer Support Programs while addressing patient\-specific reimbursement and access needs for Dermatology. The FRM builds and maintains professional relationships with key account contacts in an assigned geography. FRMs work seamlessly and compliantly in coordination with all customer support services (including the patient support hub/case management team), specialty pharmacies, and other field teams while supporting patient access.
