Countrywide Stone is hiring a Project Manager to run our tile and stone installation projects from start to finish. You will be the client’s main contact and will manage shop drawings, purchasing, fabrication and field crews. We are looking for someone with deep stone expertise. You’ll be the person our team and clients rely on for stone selection, fabrication and installation. **Responsibilities** * Review takeoffs, drawings and the awarded scope at the start of each project * Manage material submittals with the Purchasing team * Start shop drawing production with our drafting team, get clarifications from the client and review all drawings before they’re submitted * Walk the foreman through the approved drawings and plans before production begins * Make sure tile, stone and setting materials are ordered well ahead of production, with enough lead time * Track material quantities, delivery dates and storage locations * Review shop tickets for countertops, vanities and other stone items before they go to our fabrication shop, and keep turnaround on schedule * Visit jobsites at least twice a week to inspect work and meet with the foreman * Stop and fix quality issues as soon as they’...
