The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing all inbound and outbound d warehouse activities, ensuring accurate receipt, processing, and storage of inbound freight, timely, and efficient order fulfillment while leading a team of 3–10 warehouse associates. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, meeting operational KPIs, and fulfilling specific client requirements in a fast\-paced distribution environment. **Key Responsibilities** **Inbound Operations \& Inventory Control** * Oversee all inbound freight activities, including unloading, verification, scanning, and put\-away of product * Verify inbound shipments against carrier manifests, bills of lading, and purchase orders * Ensure accurate scanning and system entry of all inbound freight * Direct the put\-away of product into designated reserve and storage locations in accordance with warehouse standards * Identify and resolve discrepancies, damages, or shortages in a timely manner * Oversee the picking of outbound customer orders in accordance with pick tickets, system instructions, and client requirements * Verify the accuracy of picked orders to ensure correct product, quantities, and condition pri...
