**Job Title** Senior Manager **Pay Rate Min to Mid Range** $86,964\.00 \- $106,530\.00 **Time Type** Full time **Summary** Under general direction, is responsible for the oversight of the Program Support Services division, Guardianship Program and Pauper Burial Program; develops, monitors, and deploys the 3\-5 year Economic and Community Development Department plan. Flexibility to achieve performance excellence in a telework arrangement. Description **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Serves as subject matter expert, individually motivated and operating with a sense of urgency and personal accountability * Conducts management and supervisory functions including compliance monitoring and staff development to ensure employees are in compliance with federal, state and local government policies and procedures * Oversees and directs the County Guardianship Program, ensures program effectiveness and statutory compliance to ensure Wards receive appropriate levels of service; serves as the direct liaison with the Probate Courts, creates additional service provider partnership opportunities to enhance the community’s guardian support system * Responsible for the effectiveness and statutory c...
