**Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US LLC is looking for an Assistant Manager, Warehouse to support the Distribution Center operations in Philadelphia, PA.** **This role is for 1st shift (7:00AM \- 3:30PM) but may adjust based on business and operational needs.** **POSITION SUMMARY:** This position is responsible for warehousing and distribution management in an HVAC Distribution Center (DC). It involves outbound fulfillment of inventory, inbound processing of deliveries, training of resources, and recruiting. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS** **The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to the following:** * Execute a flawless DC operation for Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC. * Accomplishes warehouse human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures. * Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer\-service standa...
