**Location:** Rosedale Office Building **Department:** Finance **Shift:** First Shift (United States of America) **Standard Weekly Hours:** 40 **Summary:** The Manager of 340B will oversee all operational accountability, management, and process development of the 340B program to ensure optimal operational performance in compliance with legal, regulatory, and financial standards across all touch points for CCMCs 340B Program. This position will provide ongoing management and oversight of the program, analysis, audits of the program, and data validation to ensure accurate and optimal performance and communication to Senior Leadership. This position may also be called up on to provide key metrics for financial data, financial analysis, volume data, productivity, and trend analyses. This position manages the hospitals business planning process by working collaboratively on multi\-disciplinary teams to develop business plans. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s required, Masters in Business/Healthcare/Finance preferred. * Solid understanding of financial concepts. * 3 years' experience in healthcare. * Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy practices, billing \& systems and knowledge of 340B ...
