**SP Industries, Inc.** is searching for a **Service Sales Representative** to join our team! As Service Sales Representative, you'll work remote selling service contracts and collaborating closely with our Customer Care team members, Service Managers and Sales Representatives to support pro\-active dialogue and customer contact. This is a key position responsible for the selling of new Contract and Service Products Sales, for both current accounts and finding new accounts and relationships for the different brands within Scientific Products for both the US and ROW. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Quoting new contract and product sales for both new and existing customers. * Lead generation, verbal and direct email communications, and performing other lead generation activities. * Monthly reporting of bookings, quoting renewals and possible new opportunities. * Ensure customer satisfaction with response time and accuracy. * CRM \& Syspro entry and clean up for all customer communication and quotes/contract sales. * Internal communication and relations with Service \& Customer support to ensure customer satisfaction. * Accurate sales forecasting weekly. * Utilize available CRM tools to resea...
